For your convenience and enjoyment, a number of services and amenities are available at Mt. Norquay.
Nestled at the base of the mountain, Cascade Lodge is your destination for food, bag check, ski lockers, washrooms and retail. You’ll find a deli and cafeteria on the main floor and Kika’s Café on the second floor, but if you’re looking for some hearty mountain cuisine, head on into the Lone Pine Pub and Restaurant. The 120-seat private function room at Cascade Lodge can be rented out for ski groups and conferences.
First built in the early 1950s, the Cliff House is a big part of the history at Mt. Norquay. Nowadays, you can ride up the North America Chair to gain a perfect view of the Town of Banff. Check out the website, for more information, lift rates and photos.
Mt. Norquay offers a number of services so that your whole family will enjoy their day on the mountain. Mountain Hosts are available to better acquaint you with the ski area, while the Day Care is prepared to keep your kids busy with crafts and outdoor games while you enjoy your turns on your own. View the Family Services online for details and to register your child for Day Care in advance.
Ski, snowboarding and tubing are great if you’re feeling a need for speed, but another great way to experience Mt. Norquay is at a slower pace – on snowshoes! Rent some snowshoes and enjoy the peace and quiet of a snowy trail. See more information on snowshoe rentals and trail descriptions.
