Many skiers and snowboarders either don’t own equipment or don’t have the opportunity to travel with their gear. Quality ski and snowboard equipment rentals are available at the Lake Louise Ski Area at the Mountain Ski Shop, in the nearby hamlet of Lake Louise, or the Town of Banff

Rental options include high performance skis and snowboards that are suitable for all types of mountain conditions. The Lake Louise region also has prime terrain to explore off-the-beaten-track and good equipment to go with it, including cross-country skis, light alpine touring gear and snowshoes. Repair Shop

Ski and snowboard repairs and tune-ups, including waxing, sharpening, edging, and binding adjustments, are available at the Lake Louise Ski Area and will have you back on the slopes in the time it takes you to eat lunch. Repairs can also be made in the Town of Banff at various ski and snowboard shops.
